Prices include all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), 7 nights accomodation, a one hour relaxation, shiatsu or kahuna massage, a whole food cooking class and daily breathwork, laughter yoga, movement activities (variety of bushwalking, yoga and dance), women's circles, creative art expression activities and relaxation time.

Accomodation Choices

Lodge Rooms are simple, modestly furnished with either twin-single or double decker bunks and have external share bathroom facilities. All bed-linen, pillows and towels are provided.
Motel Rooms are comfortably furnished with a queen and single bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, phone, air-conditioning, organic mini-bar and many have a self contained kitchenette.

If you are attending the retreat by yourself and wish to share a room we will match you with a suitable room-mate.
