WHO ARE YOU
LOOKING FOR AS PRESENTERS?
Women or men who are filled with passion, love, admiration,
celebration, empowerment and honour for women and the
feminine aspects of all of us. Whether you are an experienced
presenter with academic qualifications and years of
experience, a passionate therapist, a entrepreneur with
your new innovative movement program, a mother of 5
kids who simply loves being a mum, a woman with personal
tales of adventure, courage, inspiration and humility,
a women’s choir or a traditional indigenous dance
group we would love to hear from you!
WHY SHOULD
I PRESENT AT VWCW CONFERENCE?
This is an opportunity to raise your profile, share
your passion with a wider audience, network with other
inspiring women (and men) passionate about women's health,
empowerment and celebrating womanhood, raise the collective
vibration of us all, make new friends and simply be
a part of something big and meaningful that makes a
difference… Obviously it’s also an awesome
opportunity to learn, grow and nurture yourself with
all the other amazing sessions and people who will be
at this event.
I know it’s only our first year and we may be
starting on a smaller scale but we have a big. BIG vision
and we’d love for you to be a part of it…
so this December 2010 we’ll be launching our first
annual Vibrance Women’s Celebrating Womanhood
Conference and we’ve already got the vision to
build it bigger every year into the must attend event
for women from all over the world and our goal is to
celebrate our 10th year anniversary of VWCW Conference
in 2020 at the Sydney Acer Arena.
CAN A MALE
APPLY TO PRESENT AT VWCW CONFERENCE?
Yes, we are accepting applications from both female
and male presenters and will be accepting both female
and male delegates to the conference however their will
be sessions which are women only (as you complete your
presenter application you will be given the option of
either having a session open to everyone or for women
only).
*SPECIAL NOTE
FOR GROUP FITNESS PRESENTERS…
In regards to group fitness we are interested in unique,
fun and friendly freestyle classes that require no equipment
(except for yoga mats). Les Mills programs will not
be accepted into the conference program as there are
specific licensing laws/agreements required plus we
want to encourage people to share their own heartfelt
unique programs, ideas and concepts.
WHAT TYPES OF
PRESENTATIONS ARE YOU LOOKING FOR? Anything
that nurtures, inspires, celebrates or connects women
in a positive way. Most importantly your session should
be a combination of your passion, experience and expertise
that comes from your heart and spirit. We love things
that are unique and interesting. Topics of interest

WHAT DO WE
RECEIVE AS A PRESENTER?
All presenters will receive a full conference presenter’s
pass (this allows you access to all of the conference
events and sessions during the two days) and the choice
of either to bring a friend to the conference, the opportunity
to promote your products and services or $100 presenter’s
fee. If you are accepted to present 2 sessions you can
choose two of these selections or if you present 3 sessions
you are eligible to select all three.
WHERE WILL
THE CONFERENCE BE HELD?
The conference will be held on the Queensland Gold Coast,
Australia. We currently have a venue booked however
have the feeling we may grow bigger than that space
will hold even within our first year. We will be using
the number of presenter applications we receive by the
closing date of 31 March 2010 to give us an indication
of the level of interest in the community for this type
of event and then finalise the venue details. There
are several reasons we have chosen to hold our first
conference on the Gold Coast including the beautiful
beaches, easy access to the airport and affordable venue
prices which will allow us to also keep our conference
prices as affordable as possible to everyone.
WILL
FLIGHTS, ACCOMMODATION OR MEALS BE PROVIDED FOR ME AS
A PRESENTER?
With this being our first major event
unfortunately we cannot provide flights, accommodation
or meals for presenters or volunteers. However we do
expect to have a few special surprises for you as special
thanks for being a part of our event and helping us
to nurture, inspire, celebrate and connect together
the women of this nation and beyond. Our goal is that
you will leave the weekend feeling like you have gained
much more than you had given and that it was one of
the most spectacular, memorable and valuable experiences
you have ever had.
