Laughter
Yoga and Play.
Suitable
for all levels of fitness. Rediscover your
childlike playfulness, creativity and laughter in
this fun, interactive session that introduces you
to how laughter is a great form of exercise, natural
stress buster and fantastic for your all over wellbeing
and health. Did you know that 1 minute of deep belly
laughter has been scientifically shown to be the equivalent
to 15 minutes of aerobic exercise on the exercise
bike or 10 minutes on the rowing machine? In this
session you will experience how you don’t need
a reason, a sense of humour or even to be happy to
laugh, but when you CHOOSE to laugh your will instantly
feel happier, healthier, more energised plus absolutely
anyone can do it!
Tribal FyouSION Tribal Dance.
High Energy.
Med-High Impact: Turn Up The Heat, Set Your
Spirit Free and Uplift Your Soul as you unleash your
warrior, rediscover a deeply tribal connection and
dance with a freedom and joy that had long been forgotten.
Tribal FIRE is a freestyle movement class that takes
you on a journey through simple and easy dance moves
inspired by tribal beats, movement, dance and nature.
Come along for a whole body workout that will leave
you feeling uplifted, energised, connected and high
on life!
Energy FyouSION
and Flow.
Suitable
for all levels of fitness. Low Impact: Release,
Flow, Explore and Fall in love with living life in
your body from the inside out in this uplifting, healing
and expressive movement experience that will excite
your senses, clear your mind and leave you feeling
peaceful and connected. Energy FyouSION is a co-created
experience combining influences from breathwork, yoga,
dance therapy and energetic mindbody practices that
interweaves experiential learning’s of to letting
go, flowing with life and loving being YOU within
in a gentle, heart opening way.
Restorative
Yoga and Relaxation.
Suitable
for all levels of fitness. Non- Impact: Be
guided into a series of gentle restorative and deeply
relaxing yoga postures using the support of cushions
and blankets so you really let go as you are guided
through breath work, relaxation and visualisations
to nourish your feminine body, mind and spirit and
embrace all that is YOU in being and celebrating being
a woman.

host and facilitator, Kathy Popplewell...

Kathy is passionate about helping
people to live, love and laugh naturally. As the owner
of Vibrance Whole Health & Fitness and the founder/creator
of Vibrance Women’s Celebrating Womanhood Conference
and Tribal FyouSION, Kathy develops resources and
facilitates workshops and retreats that incorporate
yoga, laughter, fitness and dance into empowering
personal development and wellbeing experiences.
Kathy is a qualified group
fitness instructor, yoga teacher, holisitc lifestyle
coach, laughter yoga teacher and fitness professional
who regularly presents at Australia’s International
Fitness Convention, Filex and is know for her down
to earth, interactive, unique and holistic style.
Kathy’s programs encourage people to move in
their own ways, honouring our individual needs, self
love, connection with others and how everyone can
