Group Coaching

Yoga is now widely recognised as an essential part of any sports training program to help both the individual athlete and the team as a whole maintain wellbeing, reduce recovery time and stay injury free. However, whilst Yoga is a great way to improve performance and reduce risk to injury, practiced without a basis of understanding and proper guidance it can also be the create injuries and irritate existing imbalances.

Organising a Vibrance Yoga for Sports Conditioning Group Coaching session or workshop is a great way to educate the bodies of your collective team members and build body awareness for the individual athletes.

Although we can facilitate 1 hr Yoga for Sports Conditioning master classes it is recommended to book a minimum of a 2 hr session so the group can gain a greater awareness and understanding of how to implement Yoga into their training in a way that will deliver ongoing benefits.

Vibrance Yoga will tailor your Yoga for Sports Conditioning package to the needs of your group. The Group Coaching workshop can range anywhere from a 1 hour master class to a 2 day training package. A combination of Group Coaching and Personal Coaching is recommended for elite athletes to even further enhance sporting performance!
