Coaching
There are many added benefits of Personal
Coaching. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced
athlete, Vibrance Yoga Personal Coaching
can help you feel more confident, nurtured and balanced
in your practice as well as helping you to improve
your performance, posture and technique.
Rather than long term coaching we
encourage you to book in for an average of 3-9 private
Vibrance Coaching sessions over a duration of 1-3
weeks. This will help you to develop a foundation
to build your practice from, giving you a firm base
of knowledge and experience which can be integrated
into your training routine.
You can then choose to either book a
series of private coaching follow up sessions,
attend one of our Vibrance Retreats or join a local
yoga class so you continue to grow and develop as
you integrate yoga into your daily routine.
