Here are some of our favourite words and how to use them….
BRILLIANT
The WORDS we say, think and feel impact us ENORMOUSLY. By adding more POSITIVE words into your daily language you can effect your thoughts, feeling and actions. Challenge yourself to start adding more positive words into your daily routine. Take a moment to think about whether you’ve been saying, thinking and feeling more positives or more negatives recently.
This week try adding the word into your vocabulary. How many different ways can you include it into what you say, think and feel?
Some ideas are… “That’s brilliant”, “you are brilliant”, “what a brilliant idea!?”, “The weather is brilliant” or you could use it at times when you would usually swear or use slang to turn the situation around, for example
“Brilliant!” Now it’s up to YOU
WONDERFUL
We all like hearing good feedback and getting complements. See how you feel after a week of saying ‘WONDERFUL’ in as many ways as possible!
Some ideas are… “That’s wonderful”, “you are wonderful”, “what a wonderful idea!”, “This dinner is wonderful” or you could use it at times when you would usually swear or use slang to turn the situation around, for example “Wonderful!”

There is no better time than to start manifesting more ABUNDANCE into your life!

An ABUNDANCE of JOY
An ABUNDANCE of WELLBEING

An ABUNDANCE of PROSPERITY
An ABUNDANCE of FRIENDSHIP
Or whatever it is that you want!
Start thinking ABUNDANCE, start saying ABUNDANCE and you CAN start FEELING ABUNDANT RIGHT NOW!
NOW is the right time, the perfect time to live the word ABUNDANCE and start living and ABUNDANT LIFE
Focusing on using positive dialogue both within your mind and verbally can greatly impact your life.
We attract into our life what we focus on.
TRUST
TRUST in yourself, TRUST in the universe, TRUST in your intuition….
It can also be very uplifting and empowering to those around us whether partners, children or friends to know that we TRUST in them, or TRUST that they will make the right choices for them, TRUST that they will find they right path for them even though we may not understand or agree with it.
Learn to choose TRUST over DOUBT.
Choose to TRUST without judgement and without attachment.
TRUST that everything happens for a reason and allow yourself to learn the lessons
TRUST in the power of life, add it to your personal dialogue and see what happens in your world
LOVE
We’ve all heard the saying at some point in our lives that LOVE makes the world go round. Love, love, love!
Practice saying ‘LOVE’ as much as possible this week, and mean it! Remember it’s not just what you say, it’s how you say it.
Practice telling YOURSELF that you LOVE You (great to do in the mirror), tell the people you LOVE that you LOVE them, express how much you LOVE doing the things you love to do, what you love to feel….
Lots n lots of LOVE, it’s such a yummy word!
You could even do a drawing based on love, make a meal based on love, write a letter to tell someone how much you love them, write a letter to yourself telling yourself all the things you love about yourself and your life and then read it.
Get creative with LOVE.
FORGIVE
Forgivness is one of the MOST powerful and empowering practices we can implement into our lives.
Living in the past can be extremely hurtful to ones self, exhausting and most of all an unfortunate waste of energy.
YOU CAN DECIDE to let go of the past and FORGIVE both YOURSELF and ANYONE or ANYTHING that you have been harbouring any negative emotions towards.
This can be a very big step towards creating an abundance of healing, health and vitality for you within your life. Allow the load to now be lifted off your shoulders and FORGIVE.
Why should we FORGIVE? It gives us more PERSONAL POWER, Allows us to build more ENERGY and increases our WELLBEING.
As we know, words are so much more powerful when spoken out loud.
Think of some affimations you can say to yourself (as always, great to do in the mirror!)
I FORGIVE Myself…..
I FORGIVE You……
I FORGIVE myself and release myself from past hurts…..
I FORGIVE the past and now allow myself to SHINE!….
