Laughter Yoga Giggleshop
Rediscover your childlike playfulness, creativity and laughter in this fun, interactive session that introduces you to how laughter is a great form of exercise, natural stress buster and fantastic for your all over wellbeing and health. Did you know that 1 minute of deep belly laughter has been scientifically shown to be the equivalent to 15 minutes of aerobic exercise on the exercise bike or 10 minutes on the rowing machine? In this session you will experience how you don’t need a reason, a sense of humour or even to be happy to laugh, but when you CHOOSE to laugh your will instantly feel happier, healthier, more energised plus absolutely anyone can do it!
