As women we are so often looking out for everyone else often, we don’t take the time to really nurture ourselves, empower ourselves, inspire ourselves, spend time connecting to our deep inner feminine spirit or really good quality time connecting with other women.

 

Join us for a day to connect, be encouraged, be supported, refocus on YOU and

Upon arrival as you relax in and choose to enjoy either an organic coffee or herbal tea in the beautiful Balinese style gardens at the gorgeous Bamboo Buddha as you settle into enjoying a Loving Life Goddess retreat day all about you.  

During the morning Kathy will guide you on a journey of creativity and self discovery to rediscover your own Loving Life Goddess, inner magic and to celebrate being YOU. You will remember how to uplift and love your being as you explore ways to flow with life using laughter, dance, movement and breath. 

For lunch you will have an opportunity to relax and connect with the other beautiful women sharing the journey with you over a delicious vegetarian lunch.

In afternoon explore simple and effective ways how ways to honour, self nurture, relax and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit with creative drawing, self massage, restorative yoga and guided relaxation. 

By the end of the day you will be glowing from the inside out, embracing the woman in you, and float away knowing you are truly a Loving Life Goddess!

 Cost: $195 per person or $179 each for you and a friend.

*Limited to a max of 12 goddesses and booking essential. 

Cancelation Policy: Cancelations within 5 days of event incur a $25 per person cancelation fee and cancelations within 48 hrs of the event are non-refundable.

 Price includes organic coffee or tea on arrival, all retreat day activities and a yummy vegetarian lunch.
